My name is Chaise Burleson an I am the Director and founder of the Texas Classic Team Roping Association. I have been competing in rodeo on a professional level since about 1992.

In the past few years I have noticed a decline in the quality of team roping events around Texas, as well as surrounding states. After hearing similar complaints from other ropers, I decided that I needed to make a change. With your help, The Texas Classic team Roping Association will bring the focus back to the team roper, making him #1!! By doing this, I feel that we can become one of the largest Team Roping Associations in America today.

Texas Classic Team Roping has been producing team roping since 2003. In the past few years we have grown leaps and bounds. We have paid out over $750,000 in cash and prizes. Thanks to all of our members and sponsors that have supported us to make our association what it is today.

If you have not had a chance to attend one of our ropings, please come and see the level of ropings that we have. At our team ropings we offer ropings for the beginner all the way to the PRCA level.
